Looks like the Bosal is about 1/2 the price, I paid R4000 after I got a discount.

This would be an interesting topic, I had my glasses fog up at the Illovo Eston, eventual had to take them off.

Used both energy drinks and love them. Also like the Gels, maybe you can bring out another flavor for the 100mg like Tangerine/Naartjie or Orange for those that don't like the taste. I've been using all these products at a few races and I thing they work. Will try the Recovery Shake as soon as I can collect the Hub 94.7 special I ordered, can't wait to try it.

Great Idea, saw something similar at the Telkom Satellite challenge MTB race where they had 3 Medics/Doctors from ER24 ? that rode with the field for if there was any injuries ect. And just inside Segwati Ranch their was a few medics in there as well.

Night riding is fun. I do the Night racing at Delta Park every Wednesday.

Those Flasks with the Gell works Great. Used it now at a few races. Less Hassel and no sticky shirts afterwards.

Bos, got a Dual Sus Specialized. Just came back from Another LBS, This all needs replacing. I know what to blame for that. The fun and Muddy Illovo Eston this year. It took its toll, but Ill be back. Just strange that after the race went for a service after that race that they did not inform me about the chain.

I wanted to say that was Bull when he said the front chain rings need replacing. I liked that LBS but if someone wants to rip me off, I'll just move on. This would be then my 3rd LBS change.

Got mine on Wednesday. Great Mag as usual. Love it. Now it just need to increase to maybe the 6 or 8 per year.

Had my MTB bike in for a service. They said the chain has got play and that when they replace this they'll need to replace the following as well: Chain Cassette Chain rings x3 D?railleur wheels. I understand the Chain and D?railleur wheels, but Cassette and x3 chain rings. This should cost me about R1500. Must all this be replaced? Or do they just want to sell all this to me? I got my bike in April 2009.

Just don't blame the Gremlins in the system, I'll feel insulted.

Dam, I had to do some real work yesterday from 2:09pm as I could not work on the Hub.
