I use them everyday, Its a bit of a hassle the last few K's with the guys working on the fences and sprinklers and there is a bit of rubbish all over the path but they almost finished. At night at 11 when I go home I still use the N1 to the milnerton turn off. Feels safer.

Is this a saddle sore or is it something else? Its quite painful and if it is a saddle sore , how do you get rid of it? Staying off the bike is not a option atm

I would like to send out my heart felt thx to the gentlemen that cut the weeds along the cycle path in Milnerton. It was with great pleasure that I went through 4 tubes, 1 patch and 5 bombs this afternoon before I walked home. Next time please could you sweep the devil thorns OFF THE PATH

IS there any way to remove the gear indicators on a set of XT shifters?
