What about a "plank" type effort on that corner downhill bit, or some grass blocks might work as well?. As long as I get some warning I should be able to help out fixing where I ride All the other sand on the trails Mamba , boom slang and vasbyt all have or getting very sandy. Will the rains wash it away or just make a mud pit with ruts?
my 3rd as well best of 4:50. Had chain hassles last year for 30 minutes on the blue route, so best was out of qustion. So i ambled along and helped a few guys with problems. Some dude broke his tandem chain on Boyes driver and his chain breaker broke as well. So stopped and helped. This year will see how it goes.
Just came back from Tokai and its getting rutted to pieces up there with loads of soft sand all over. On the Our roots trail there are some serious holes where guys have locked up their brakes. Will be interesting to see the trails after the Epic. Are volunteers still needed to work on the trails?
Their showroom is as good as some of the shops here . Glad i dont live near there. Reading the info it seems as they must have quite a few overheads as well.

Yea cyclist do stupid things I agree and some should be shot but when was the last time a bicycle crashed into someone killing them becasue they were on there cellphone? It seems to me that cyclist are not allowed to do anything wrong but motorists are blameless.
