Correct, just had a look. For me, they blur the line nicely between lighter weight and sturdy rim profile. And they perform really well for their weight.

Hey, I paired up some amp V1s with some maxxis 2.5s my hardtail Enduro bike. They have taken some serious hammering out on the McGregor rocks as well as Table Mountain’s rocky trails and are still running true and strong and feel as solid as the day I first got them!

If FNB are behind this, it's sure to be a fantastic event (think Wines2Whales). Cascades single track should provide some entertaining spectating too. Very excited for this event, come on October.
