  1. I would think it should only be replaced if you fall, agree here with Johan and I am very guilty of the loose chin strap.
  2. Are you f#$ken mad? Never deal with a Croat when you are blindfolded especially one like Delgado.
  3. It just takes some people longer than others to get into the swing of things

mmm sounds like my pet hate of "Awesome" everything is fukken "Awesome" specially when DJ's use it, drives me insane. Now where is that bar?
  10. Vet? *** I am 60kg's. See I am a maar gat and can drink it afterward with no adverse effects.
  11. L2 each has it's pitfalls but each serves its purpose, select the one which you think you will be least bored on.
  12. Each to his own and everyone is different. Rennies helps for me whilst cramp stop does not. The solution has been mentioned already and prevention is better than cure, train more. If you are going to do a 60km race then train with 100km rides it's that simple. People generally do it the other way around and come race day they are doing distances they have never done before then wonder why they cramp up. Lactic Acid is the cause of the problem and your "normal amount" as I understand it can only be determined by a blood test and once again each person is different. We are currently busy with trials and it seems that we have "something" that is a good ingredient to keep your Lactic acid levels under control. Not going to say too much more but watch this space!!
  13. You should be drinking whilst spinning, preferably a carbo drink of some sorts. After your workout a protein shake should suffice.
  14. Close up of the moon....a lot more time and only 189000KM's away, more suited to my equipment. http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o318/Muxster/IMG_0047.jpg
  15. Astrophotography is not that simple and I don't have the right equipment or budget to get great pics of a planet which is 1 billion km's away from us. This is the best I can do with what I have got and the short time period - hope you are not to dissapointed. Just remember photos of this nature are normally taken over a period of about 3 - 6 hours to get the right colour. http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o318/Muxster/IMG_0303.jpg
  16. 38 Slowbee, working on getting it to 35, I also got a bit of a shock at the vast improvement over such a short period. Took it with the HR Monitor and then did a manual check cause I thought the monitor was faulty. I am more happy with the normal rate in the 60's as opposed to the 80's as that is where we spend more time. Jagwil, never to late to quit my man..you do feel a bit *** for the first 3 weeks but it does get better and when you eventually start to feel good man you do feel good.
  17. Well speaking of stars, if you look out into the North Eastern sky you will see 1x yellow star which just happens to be the planet Saturn - Happy star gazing. Just spent some time checking it out through the telescope and it is unbelievably beautiful - saw 5 of its moons aswell, Thytus, Titan, Deore, Iapetus and Rhea
  18. adrienne sichel?? - never heard of it, what does it do?
  19. I think drinking and smoking complement each other, since I stopped I just don't miss having a beer all that much anymore. VTSKING - This is now my 7th time in trying to quit but eventually worked out a method which seems to have worked. I will gladly share with you if you are interested - but the biggest thing is the stage where you are at now where you "want to quit". That is the best start you can get off to.
  20. Gum what gum? Will it make me feel like my A.D.D is gone? It's bad man I can't sit still.
  21. So for all you smokers out there let me share some stats with you and maybe this could be the thing to convince you to kick the habit. On the 2nd Feb 2009 I put down my cigs, so it is almost 2 months now since I last had one. Now make no mistake this is probably the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life, but on analysing a few things today it is probably also the best thing I have done in my life. Check it out Before Resting HR - 52 Normal HR - 88 Money on cigs PM- R775 Money on beer PM - R1536 Energy Levels - Non Existent Cycling experience - Good legs no Lungs After Ride - Sleep After Resting HR - 38 Normal HR - 68 Money on Cigs PM - R0 Money on beer PM - R512 Energy Levels - I feel like I am permanently on Red Bull Cycling Experience - Good Lungs no legs After Ride - Wonder around wondering why I didn't ride for longer TOTAL SAVING R1799 Per Month!!! I am under no illusions that I am over the habit as it has only been barely 2 months, but upon reflection of a few things other than those posted above - such as my quality of life each day I find new excuses not to pick up a cigarette. One thing that is noticable is that the Booze bill came down which is great as I have now found that I drink a heck of a lot less without the cigs which is also a welcome surprise to the bank account.
  22. Well you may get the wrong size bike from Cajees but at least you know the price is not fixed.
