  1. Great day out training at Northern Farm for the 947 10km family ride. My girls are very serious about their training this year!
  2. "Next year we'll be introducing Shoe Booster, Device Booster and Bike Booster" Cannot wait!!!
  3. Garmin Edge 820 After two rides I'm impressed. I was worried about the sensitivity of the touch screen after reading a few complaints, but it works as it should even with gloves.
  4. Oh! Is that what it is!
  5. Taken at JUMA on Sunday
  6. My Racing Ralphs was pure rubbish and slippery as snot. I was really not amused.
  7. Lekker race, wet and cold but lekker! That Anatomic tunnel scared the hell out of me! Guy in front of me went down 5 times - we were in B batch so he wasn't even a rookie, really hope he's okay tonight.
  8. Pics! Or it didn't happen!
  9. These are the best baggies imho. They last a long time, not too short, not too long, not too loose and not too tight. Enough pockets but not too many. And they are well priced! Perfect!
  10. Jeffreys Bay Wind farm. It's unbelievable how big one of those blades are!
  11. Jeffreys Bay to St Francis Bay. Kromme River bridge.
  12. Lekker morning out at Northern Farms
  13. My new Anthem Advanced 1x11 with full XTR!
  14. Giant Anthem Advanced 1x11 with full XTR. I'm in love! ????
  15. Thanks! It should be a lot more comfortable without the strap.
  16. I have a Fenix 3 HR, but I use it for spinning and so on because I like the convenience of the wrist based HR. But on my MTB I use a Polar V650 (which I like a lot) with a HR strap (which I do not like). Most of the times when I go out riding, I forget to take the Fenix off, so I end up riding with it anyway. It doesn't bother me on my wrist at all. What I want to know is, if I replace the V650 with a Garmin like the 510, will I be able to use the Fenix as a HR monitor and send the HR data to the 510 from the Fenix without the need to wear a HR strap?
  17. What's that funny looking U-shaped things??
  18. You will not be disappointed!
  19. Use the Garmin Connect app
  20. Crank Brothers CO2 Inflator If there is such a thing as a beautiful inflator, this is it!
  21. It's called GearMin. It gives you a lot of info, and everything is customisable.
  22. I compared it on two rides with my Polar V650 with the HR strap and the two are very close. I enjoy the 24/7 HR tracking on the Fenix - it's shocking to see what a few brandies does to ones hr!!
  23. I went over to the dark side and got myself this Garmin Fenix 3 HR Sapphire. I'm impressed!
