Yip I agree. I did not watch the show but reading the feedback here just suggest it is actually not worth it in the future. Nothing authentic and real it seems. The only thing left to do today is knock off early and go for a ride.....water, biltong, nuts and a lekker koffie afterwards.

Sent my girlfriend the links and she has improved her riding by watching Emily's style and position on the bike. I simply watch it because I really like the Trek Bikes and the Jack Russel.
