  1. Fit File Tools works great but not sure you can export from Garmin into a Fit File format. see link below about this topic: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/155094-converting-tcx-or-gpx-to-garmin-fit-file/
  2. OK so I've just tried it on a sample .tcx file which was manually imported into my Garmin Connect account. It looks like the reason why Vitality doesn't recognize the activity is because the device is not registered in Garmin. When I edited the .tcx file and looked for a way around, there is a unique profile header loaded every time an activity starts which records which device is being used and who the device account is registered to. My sample file was found on the net so it picked it up as a different user and device.
  3. I've imported .Tcx files from different devices into Garmin with no issues.
  4. If you have a Garmin connect account you can import the .tcx file and then Vitality will pickup your Garmin activity and allocate the necessary points. You will need to have an active Garmin device to be able to link to Vitality
  5. That's the max points per pick that I've ever received since the new rewards setup. I'm sitting on 300 points in total and no diamonds since the start....starting to think I'm jinxed!
  6. Have you done your Vitality Health Check? You can earn up to 20000 points
  7. The R450 is for both Woolies and Pick n Pay cash back but for Woolies she spends at least R1300/month. It's madness..but it's her money
  8. It's actually not hard. We get back 25% for Woolies and 10% for Pick n Pay. I'm just worried about the fuel rewards because i don't think the wife drives that bad
  9. My Wife is a Woolies addict so i put maximum savings on Woolworths. She is a health freak ... so on average about R450 but we get nothing on Fuel. Max on fuel we get is like R50/month on her car
  10. Same for me and i get +- R450 back on healthy food spending as well. So Vitality definitely has paid for itself every month.
  11. You are required to install the tracker unit if you use Discovery as your short term vehicle insurance if you want the "fuel saving" benefit. Also on certain vehicles, the tracking unit is a requirement just to be insured by them.
  12. Your event points will count towards your Vitality points as well, not just your weekly targets. I'm not sure if there is a limit on the amount of events that you can claim for though.
  13. You should get the points for the Events that you planned if you manually submit the data. I know it sucks...because every year Discovery change the "goal posts"
  14. Your annual points for the year have most likely been reached for a certain category. That is why you still get the points for Vitality Active Rewards and not 300 towards your main points.

  17. If i'm not mistaken, if your wife is pregnant then she would automatically get 3 x times her normal points. So for 5000 steps a day she would get 150. This should help you getting to your goal. Hope your missus gets well soon!
