    I have no issue buying from the LBS but when the mark-up on the items are almost 30% then i wonder how it is justified. I've watched a few Youtube clips and the installation looked reasonably easy.

    DIY... How hard is it to upgrade my Brakes??? Hi, So i'm finally looking into upgrading my brakes from the standard Deore (BL-M615) to SLX (M675) and wanted to know should this be done at the LBS or can i do it myself? I've seen complete kits for sale online and was wondering if these are DIY. I've heard that some brakes need bleeding after installing and i'm not a very gifted bicycle technician. Also do i need to change the rotors? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

    Hi all, So my wife comes to me the other day complaining about her Vitality points...surprise surprise! She is moaning that when she does a parkrun event she gets 300 points but when she does a 35KM cycle race event she get 100 points. Her question is why do any additional exercise when you can do the minimum (5km walk if you want ) and get more points? I pointed out to her that if she was using a HR monitor while cycling she would get more points, me and my big mouth has just cost me the purchase of a HR monitor for her now. Sounds like I need to spend money to get a few extra points on Vitality. Am I the only person in this boat? I've stopped stressing about points and do the events for pure exercise now and at the end of the year will probably cancel Vitality. regards, Frustrated husband

    Is anybody else battled to sync their Garmin with Vitality? I haven't received any points in almost a week but have cycled twice (25km x 2) and jogged (5km)

    Hi, I have a Trek Mamba 29er with Bontrager 29-2, 29x2.2" front & rear tyres and wanted to know if these will be compatible to go tubeless? Also what are the pros and cons of going tubeless?
