    Question: Do all your dependents Vitality rewards on the new system from next week go into the main member allocated Discovery Account?

    You can cancel your Vitality and still remain on the medical aid. You can also cancel a dependent on Vitality and remain on the medical aid scheme, you will just lose the benefits linked to the dependent.

    Just something to mention if not done already, when you click on a forum post or open a forum post in a new browser window, you need to login into your profile before you can either add a comment or like a post.

    New site is looking great. Not too sure it this was mentioned but when viewing a classified you cannot click on the active ads by a user anymore to see what else they are selling.

    I'm in the same boat as you. Every week get either a 25 or 30 and once every 2/3 months get a diamond. I can never even accumulate my diamonds to get anything decent. Max i get is a R100 voucher a month which is nothing to write home about. I must say that i've given up on the rewards system and if i get anything more than usual then it's a bonus.

    I had something very similar after a 2 day stage race in Clarens. Went to see a Podiatrist and after a few tests found out i have a condition called "Morton's neuroma" which is quite common among cyclists. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/mortons-neuroma/symptoms-causes/syc-20351935 I would definitely go get it checked out.

    You always have the option of using the paved road as a chicken run. Hope the cyclist is ok.

    I had the Ikon's with white writing on my HT from buying brand new and they lasted about 2000km's with a tubeless conversation"and the tread eventually wore out. The only issue i had was that they slowly sweat sealant from the side walls but nothing a top up every 3-4 rides didn't sort out. I found as a entry level tyre on new bikes they actually perform pretty well.
