    Rouvy is better value than Zwift purely for the amount of available routes esp. ones with video and the ability to add your own routes (created from scratch or taken from strava, ridewithGPS, etc); paired with a smart trainer it makes for a easy, safe training experience that, in reality, is a harder ride than doing the same ride on the road (about 10-15%) S

    just spent the last two days in CT; the locals want the tour to go ahead, they want people to come, they want help and they want the business to show they are a going concern despite the best efforts of the politicians (on both sides) to cock things up. Personally, I am going to drive down, with the rear and trailer full of water to be donated to animal charities as they can't help themselves and didn't get themselves in the current situation

    let's not forget a trainer setup allows you to avoid all of the nutters on the roads - you can't get out of Fourways on a bike without coming close to some form of harm every time you ride

    FYI have uploaded stages 1 and 2 to Cycleops Virtual Training (there is a passable stage 3 online already) to replace the incorrect ones that are there.

    Does anyone have turn by turn directions for the route? It will be my youngsters (15) first proper road race and I want to drive the course with him before so he can be on the lookout for any possible surface, etc issues as he is still a nervous descender (I have discs on my road bike and am seriously looking forward to the drop back to the coast ;-)
