I've had an ancient 2nd hand 8 spd Chorus groupy and then got a new Ultegra groupset when i crashed my first Orbea as i needed to upgrade to 10spd... Even comparing a 19-foetsek model campy and a 2000-something Shimano (both just below the top of the range model) i still like Campy best.

As for anyone else wondering/thinking of buying Keo's - i grade them as the best upgrade i've ever made Absolutely love them!

Hey Kanswurm, the normal LOOK ones? Don't know if it's only the Keo range...but ask if they have the grey cleats available; Black = no float grey = 4.5 deg red = 9 deg (...i think!!!!...) don't shoot me if i'm wrong, but that's how i have it. I love the grey ones and have had no trouble with them whatsoever! Has a fine balance between the red and black (and i've used all three)

Hey peeps, thanx for all the advice! When my dad said i can get new pedals my first thoughts were also "jippieeee...eierklitsers!" But they were a bit out of my price range Hmmm...so went to my LBS, told the oom what all you lovely peeps said, so he showed me some of the pedals, gave me the pro's and cons. And as i was there with my mtb and mtb shoes (which has cleats that fit most of the pedals) he gave a few to try and see what i like. Decided on the "RYDER spdBipedals" they looked good and clipping in/out was best and the allowed float was also the most comfortable. Marked price - R340, got them for R280 (...and you still ask why i love oom Johan so much!) Aluminium body, and weigh 300g. I'll try to load some photos now.
