  1. I recently installed dirt 4 from steam, when trying to launch it there seems to be 2 dll files missing. Any advice on how to resolve without downloading from dodgy dll sites. I have reinstalled the game as well as MS visual studio Using win 10 pro 64bit
  2. Anybody else you can recommend I look into?
  3. How good is Hong Fu exactly? Would you say it is 'safe' to buy from them? I'm looking to buy a TT frame, and they are one of the more common Chinese Carbon suppliers. Is it a viable option?
  4. Depends on how you buy. I only buy pre played games. Take for example COD WW2 costs +- R800 for pc vs R900 for console new. I picked up a pre played copy for 499 on ps4. If you buy on specials and stuff console is still cheaper than pc. If you can wait a month or 3 you'll pick up games with no damage at 40% less than new.
  5. The comparison comes in when you have to pay 7999 for a ps4 pro vs upwards of 20k for a pc to play 4k on med.
  6. Double post
  7. Go capped dude. I’m running a 200gb data account from vox at my parents place on a 4mb adsl. The data rolls over so there is around 1100Gigs there. The pay 199 per month for the data. Most providers these days have capped data at the R1 per gig mark. You can manage your data way better and never get throttled. Edit- personally I’m on a 100mb/s uncapped fiber with FU kicking in at around 1000gb usage
  8. Lol I haven’t been following them since my “it’s not just a phase mom” phase. Will download it, some of their stuff is pretty amazing.
  9. Not what I wanted to hear???? Thanks bud
  10. Thanks dude! I’ll see if I can buy a kit in December.
  11. I’ll look into biogens probiotics, thanks. I’ve heard of the kefir thing, where can I get the water one? My neighbor had the one you prep in milk, but it’s super disgusting.
  12. Also depends on what value you attach to your hobby. Gaming and cycling is expensive, but I can justify spending money on it because of the positive value it adds to my life. My dad is a firearm enthusiast. He doesn’t believe it’s too expensive. I think it’s exorbitant, considering, it costs roughly R7 per shot at 28 shots per distance and 9 distances. Their average training weekend just on the shooting bit = R1764. Ridiculous. And that’s excluding travel and all other factors. Yet to him it adds value and he doesn’t see it as over the top
  13. Splitting the lane is fine if the other guys can: Swim straight Not mess around Not be passive aggressive(swim so fast to hit your feet, then when you suggest he go in front - “nah bro, I’m good at your pace”)
  14. I take a vit C supplement and centrum. I can’t afford to change my diet to eat better than I currently do. It is literally as good as what my budget allows for now. Sugar is already quite low, I’m not keen on cutting it out completely, but I drink half a teaspoon in a cup of coffee/tea and mostly avoid sweets and stuff. Maybe once a week I’ll cheat to satisfy my sweet tooth.
  15. How do you avoid getting sick? Since the public holiday in August I have been sick 4 times 3 of which required antibiotics and the current one has got me in hospital with pneumonia.. I drink my vitamins in the mornings, keep healthy eating habits, try to avoid the sudden temperature changes when training(super hot and sweaty to ice cold). In general I live relatively healthy yet I’m forced off the bike at least 2 times a year due to sickness and this year the worst at around 6 times. Granted the last 3 times stress may have been a big factor, I have started meditating to keep my stress levels normal. I’m legit just gatvol for flu and antibiotics.
  16. Hopefully someone can help here. I have been off the bike since 23 September due to an accident. I restarted my training on 06 Nov only to get bronchitis on the 12th and now been a week in hospital with Pneumonia. It’s safe to say my ftp is non existent at this stage and I’ll still be off the bike to 3rd week in December to be on the safe side for my heart. When I start training again it’ll probably be a week or 2 at zone 1/2 then a week introducing tempo intervals and then only maybe week 4 some ftp intervals again. How long before I can realistically be where I was before I crashed? I’m hoping I’ll be able to train in my current zones again after a month. Is that too optimistic?

  18. I am not, but will look into it thanks! Is vitality a standalone product, or do you need medical aid etc. with discovery as well?
  19. Haven’t touched a game the past week, and hospitals don’t take kindly to a laptop setup with all the cables and stuff Gotta say I miss the ps4
  20. Where can one do pool training? I’m not really keen on paying a full R500+ VA membership just to use the pool 3 times a week. Are there any other cheaper places in the Centurion area? Or should I just suck it up and pay the gym fee?
  21. I’ve started rewatching House of Lies.. Forgot how much I love this show, it’s not the greatest but I love the character relationship development and backstabbery revolving throughout the story.
  22. Yeah I heard you braai them 2min max a side. Any idea on where to get the best quality fish?
  23. Where in Gauteng would one get the best fresh fish? I’m going camping in December, and would like to either take a tuna steak to braai or Salmon. Or both maybe Then also having never worked with Salmon, does anybody have some good braai recipes?
  24. Update on the Star Wars Battlefront Situation. Amazing what a community can achieve when they believe in a common goal.
