    That's how the 1st should be done... My team we aiming to cut 50mins from last year and do a sub 7... as for the 2nd team 8/8h30. But both teams should come with Charles Milner medals. Thats the goal since we not going to podium.

    Second year planning DC and this year going with 2 teams what a HEADACHE... Just yesterday 1 rider dropped out, and finding riders willing to do 8h00/08h30 is hard... i've used the 4 reserves already. Anyone keen please hit me up.

    Early predictions... LPC, ECC then Pure Savage... However I think Mother will feature... all part of the mind games. Overall RDx and Mad Macs are showing good form going into DC with local events results of late.

    Not can be brutal, it was BRUTAL, but FUN. hope you understand. and i've reconned the route so many times. The wind also didn't help the situation. but its all lessons for DC and Amateur world champs in March 26.

    Started in CL group... No Marshall's towards wellington road, was a bit sketchy esp going over the robots, then the guys and ladies missed the wellington turn and went into the area. had to make u-turn lost a couple of minutes. Other than that great race until my group dropped me just before Adderley and had to solo to the finish, lost 10minutes.

    We all have to start somewhere... I've been riding with them for a while and I am still the sweeper in the group. But it is best to come after the FUN RIDE Championship on 9 March. Lot's of the oaks in the group are part of the D'Ville Club.

    7th Cycle Tour loading. Hopefully all the saddle time and training will be rewarded on the day. Now I wait for the seeding/start times to come out. Little nervous this time round.
