I totally dig my Carbon flash . climbs so well, handles single track with such confidence , super comfy for multi day races all round a fantastic ride . yes the lefty is more pt than most forks but its soooo worth it , the ride of the lefty is one you will never forget or get anywhere else . need i then say the dale has my vote .

  7. its a 2008 , i had one and sold it for R 10 000 in 09 i think it was . Correction it was much less only paid R10 000 for it . cant remeber what it sold for but ypou should be looking at the R8000 to R 9000 perhaps .

  10. Hell dont ride this bike like this , the top tube could fold in on itself under load . PS : that is NOT a small crack ! get it fixed or replaced
  11. It was crap hard ! will never forget the three days in that place .even though it was just a training camp with four of us it scared me for a long time .to add you had to climb hanging over you bars otherwise you fall over backwards

  19. i train on rollers , cant stand IWT i get board at least on rollers you cant fall asleep without crashing.

    Disc rotors

    Not going to be worth the weight save but you will not need a calaper mount if you go 160 ( on some forks you can just mount the calaper straight to the fork) so thats a advantage . Also the stopping power of the new xt breaks is so damb good you only need a 160 unless you weigh 300kg.

    The XT 6 bolts fit on the AC 's . I have just done it last friday on my new bike i built .the AC only come with 6 bolt hubs .
