Can someone please tell me why I have to pay the "agency handling" fee? It's a Wiggle order being delivered by DawnWing. Last time my parcel was less than R500 so no tax, but it seems that I'll have to pay tax and pay DawnWing to "handle" it? Do they need to pick it up at customs or what?

'Recommended' is 0.5. Up to 0.75 is safe. Over 0.75 and you are caked... So you'll be safe to replace it at 0.5; I personally replace at 0.75
