Yes, as I mentioned, at registration but I bet they will still get 100s of emails and calls. Ill just wait and see what they say at registration.

In regards to seeding queries, in pervious years has anyone done so at registration and been successful? My last seeding race showing on Racetec is from 2020, but I am riding the Herald in PE this weekend which will drastically improve my seeding. I guess there is no harm in asking?

I will be under 14 day home isolate from Sunday the 29th when I return to Hong Kong! This is going to come in really handy....

Very emotional ride today for me. We lost my father in-law at 3am this morning but I knew I had to go ride for him. The goal was to do a Sub 3hr but starting from H it was going to be hard. With the help from a friend that dropped back from B we did a 2:56! I know the old man helped me out today.

I often order from CRC and gets sent to my front door in Hong Kong. On average 3 or 4 days and that's with SkyNet. So it may not be a actual CRC problem but more so just another problem in SA.

I will be flying out next week to do the 94.7 just for a seeding time for CTCT 2019! Last time I entered any race in SA was in 2016.... Really looking forward to doing both!

What an amzing day! Yesterday was 6 months to the day that I picked up my bicycle from the shop and what a journey its been. Two duldged disks, cortisone injections into my spin, itb knee problems from setup, then hit by a car put me out for 2 weeks which was followed by a pintched sciatic nerve for the last month together with the flu. Lots of physio, biokineticist and 15kgs of weight lost got me to the start line and finished the Jock Classique, also within my 6hr goal. 5:56hr! That final little climb into the stadium area was a bastard!!! Thanks to the organisers for a well run event, I will be back

Anyone know when the offical results will be out from the classique yesterday?

Before physio today I popped into the "no script required" pharmacy and got some antibiotics the doctor always gives me and they work! 2-3days rest and ill be good to go again

Looks like ive been hit by tonsillitis two weeks before the Jock! And a pinched sciatic nerve in my right leg since Tuesday last week. Just perfect timing....
