  1. Still F*CKED, and not a word from "ADMIN"...
  2. Did you get to the bottom of it though?
  3. To add to that, I've left trader feedback for 40 hubbers, the others went to someone else and not the selected/intended person, which I deleted. Can viewed if you go into your profile, marketplace, view all my feedback. From there you can view who left feedback for you, & who you left feedback for. Just finding it hard to believe that a system based on honest user feedback can be flawed in such a way. illuminati?
  4. Hi all, Those of use that use this system may not be aware of it giving your "Feedback & Ratings" to a random hubber, even if you do it correctly and try a few times, it still does it. Feedback I tried to leave for 2 Hubbers in the last few weeks, keeps going to "Asrin112". Strange thing, it just goes to that person, I left it after reporting it to "ADMIN" the first time, but it was still there after a day, then I just deleted it. No reply from "ADMIN" about what's going on. Hubbers, check all your "Feedback & Ratings" if you've used it in the past, and see if I'm the only person it's been happening to. Maybe "ADMIN" will also care to comment on this???? Thanks
  5. How much do you pay someone like that JB?
  6. Hi What worked for me was not all the core strength work, but getting my hamstrings more flexable. Suffered for years, & after x-rays I knew what it was but the only real relief I got was when I had a stretching program going, mainly focused on my hamstrings. I thought it was quite strange as that was one of the muscles that never really bothered me, well not directly. Hard riding & the pulling effect was transfered to my spine while in the bent over position on the bike through my hamstrings without me knowing it. Hamstring massages also helped to relax the muscles & the automatic pull effect they had on my back while doing the normal day to day things. Just some free advice of what worked for me, use it, don't use it. Also watch the diet, as I found it can add to joint stiffness. Cheers
  7. ???????????????????????
  8. Shimano TL-FC35 Crank Arm Installation and Removal Tool It's for the XTR 970 cranks, lost mine & need 1 ASAP. Anybody know where I can get 1???????
  9. These have great reviews... https://www.bikehub.co.za/forum_posts.asp?TID=73347&KW=elixir
  10. Mavic Crosstrail Wheelset? https://www.bikehub.co.za/forum_posts.asp?TID=71240&PN=1
  11. Enough preaching already! Use should just go & prey for your sins.
  12. Some people need a hero, I say let them be.
  13. Pm sent. Shimano is great, but Coolheat is
  14. Coolheat again... I know of atleast 1 shop in Cpt that has in stock, make that only 1 shop, R20ea.. It's not CWC, they didn't even entertain me when I was looking for 1. Can give you their details & I'm sure they'll help you out by posting it to you. Let me know.
  15. Crank arm still looks usable, just that green & yellow stuff inside it can be a problem..
  16. What fools did that? Those spacers are for MTB BB setup on a frame with a 68mm BB shell. Toss them overboard!!
  17. You can't go wrong with the XT's.
  18. Stiffer more aerodynamic shoe, bigger/wider platform pedal gets more power transferred with each pedal stroke. FACT!!
  19. It does.
  20. We getting off the point of the post now, but didn't Coolheat refuse to supply you? Why? because they can. I don't have to sugar coat anything I say, I call it as it is. They don't want ANYONE else in SA to have a part of Shimano, ask CWC... So who's problem is it when they run out, or struggle with cash flow? This post is not aimed at you Johan, not stepping on anyone's toes, just freedom of speech & previous experiences. Thanks
  21. I don't know what your current hubs are or what the problem is. However' date=' if they are good quality hubs, with enough spokes and only the cones are pitted, then by all means, replace only the cones and bearings. The axles are a by-product of cone replacement since they usually come together, whether you want new axles or not. [/quote'] Doesn't Shimano sell loose cones anymore? 2 cones used to cost a third of the price of a complete axle. Dunno. The once or twice I ordered cones I got the complete axle set. Maybe it has to do with model, availability, clever sales etc. That's the same reason a poor seal pup is being clubbed in another post, Coolheat wants the monopoly, but doesn't want to supply the small "penny" parts that comes with being a sole agent.
  22. Why don't you just use a tape measure to measure the head tube? Headset & stem will need at least 50mm.
