    Noticed it on my facebook feed. Seems really good for the price. If I wasnt so broke now I would really consider one for myself.

    This afternoon was a slog home. Body still buggered after Saturdays Makhulu 5 race. A stiff headwind also did not exactly help! Still need to be grateful that we are able to do this.

    Wash and lube once a week. If it has been raining and the gravel road is muddy it will be more often. I have to ad that my commute is 8km tar and 8km gravel. This is my short commute. The longer ride is 10km gravel and 15km tar. If it is wet some off the mud patches are real sticky!

    Pity I am working. Would love to do it. Already had my off Saturday for the month booked for the Makhulu5. Hope it is a good event.

    I have been looking at one of those Momsen steel frames for a while now. Everytime I am about to pull the trigger something seems to come up. Hopefully I will get one soon.

    My commuter. Fuji CX 1.5 frame bought from Pikey here on the hub. 1X10 gearing. All parts besides the wheels were secondhand from the hub classifieds.

    Had been one of those commutes! Left work late, then had a bunch of thorns where they cut grass next to the road. One hole just didnt want to seal. Think my sealant needs a top up. Had to stop every couple of km to pump the tyre. Also had a constant headwind. Lovely, I am now knackered!

    Had a rest day yesterday. Got up this morning and had a stuffy nose. Took car today, so 2 days not commuting. The week started well enough.

    In Polokwane it appears to be no Indicator day today. Almost got taken out 3 times by cars not signalling.

    Busy getting dark in Polokwane as well. Yesterday was an adventure. The rain had stopped, but the gravel road home was more of a mud road! We will see what happens just after 5 today!

    Had a slow start to the year. There are some big distances covered. Hoping to get more distance in Feb. Had plenty of after work meetings the last month. Will be better after the 16 when the Makhulu5 is done. Strongs to all!

    Currently raining in Polokwane. Dont want to phone the wife. Dont mind getting wet but the lightning is a diffrent animal

    Somedays ones legs just go AWOL! Had no energy yesterday. At least have an excuse for taking the car today. Have a meeting after work.

    Headwind. Seems to always be a headwind. I seem to have lost my legs somewhere on this mornings commute. They seem to be awol!!!

    Slow start but this week has been better. Got new tyres for my commuter. Could only find tube type in town. Will have to do for now. Budget and Januworry! Heavy with tubes, but they roll well. 700x42c Vee tire city wolf.

    Managed a commute this morning. This afternoon it is car again. Hopefully will be back to normal next week and I can get some more miles on the bike. Enjoy Friday

    I phoned my wife to pock me up Yesterday. Lightning was a bit much for my liking. Have a meeting after work with the cycle club. Helping organise the Makhuku5 race on the 16th of Feb. It is a limpopo qualifier. No ride today.

    Will have to. Not been the best of starts for me this year. Cant seem to get going proper. Life seems to be getting in the way at the moment!

    Lost ground not commuting Friday and today. Have to fetch kids after work today.

    I was lucky and managed to get home just before it started to rain. I just locked the gate and it started falling! Unfortunately have some things to do so will be taking the car today.
