Anybody tried this? Looking to get my protein up without all the carbs
I was in a similar situation a few month ago and also sourced a 2015 spez camber elite at a great price.
I could not find anything with the same type of components at the price so for me it was a no brainier.
The camber suits me perfectly and I will easily say it's the best bike I have riden. Was on a sworks stumpy previously but been out of the MTB scene for a few years.
That's my 2C
I'm love seeing somebody master a craft...some of this is like art...would make a hand build bike something special
Very safe indeed. Haven't heard of a single incident there in the close to 2 years that they have been open. Have ridden there alone plenty of times, I live about 600m from the park so it is easy to pop in for a quick loop.
The perimeter of the park has a proper fence around it which is patrolled regularly as far as I understand.
Everyone in GP should go there at least once in my opinion. They also have trail-running loops for those interested.
Thanks, will give it a go on the weekend then
What's the safety like here? Safe enough to ride alone?
Ah brilliant , thank you
Hey all,
Was set on going to get myself a powerboam on the weekend but see the require a QR.
My plan was to use my Spez camber with a slick tire on a spare wheel.
Problem is the bike uses a thru-axel not QR so won't fit on the trainer.
Anybody got around this issue? Is there a thru-axel to QR kit or something I could use?
Cheers
Just received the below regarding Santam:
Good day Sir
Unfortunately does Santam not provide cover for your mountain bike only.
Cover will only provide if there is house contents and a vehicle on the policy.
Hope this is in order.
Any brokers here that want some business please Pm me

Which of the cycleops models automatically adjusts the resistance based on the virtual trainer course/ session?
What would the cheapest model to offer this feature cost?
Been following the thread and think the cycleops is the way forward.
(Sorry for the hijack)
Thanks guys
