Awh dude that sucks! They punish you at work and at play! Not cool! Ya it was ok hey! Didn't do as well as i'd have liked to. Had crap traffic all morning for the 1st 35kms. Took forever! Then just couldn't find anyone to ride with. Was either flying past them, or they flew past me. retty much a solo effort the entire way

Find out who does the Specialised BG Fitting. Its pricey but so worth it. They do a full medical and physical assessment of you and fit the bike accordingly. Seriously worth it

Guys either way... VA is a load of k@k... I canned my membership with them years ago. No matter what it is, its always too much effort for them to get anything done! This includes getting the booking book for the afternoons spinning class out the drawer!

Guys and girls! You're all missing the point of Rads comments... A charity should not be making demands like this! It's like signing up to volunteer at the SPCA on a Sat morning... Only to be told to come back when you are a group of 10 volunteers! This is BS! I don't care what the charity is, any donation should be welcome! Rad does a great job raising money for charity! And I totally agree with him showing these 'charities' the big old middle finger!
