Had read on the web about 85kg guys cracking their addict frames. So a 96kg guy like me has to steer away from those frames.

Talking about dealers vs reputable mechies prices got me thinking about something. My wife works for volvo/Land Rover. As you may know a volvo T5 and Focus ST have indentical motors so therefore parts should be the same price you'd think. Not so. She got prices for the turbo's Volvo turbo R7618 Focus turbo R20620. They're the exact same bloody thing! She is busy finding out why there is such a moer of a difference.

Trapper when I started I was a 141kg. Bought a rc2000 alu. The only real mod I had done have the wheels respoked with a thicker guage spoke. Oh and get him to go to a dietician that will help heaps.

Reading the comments below the article it could have been 24.com looks like our problems both from cyclist and motorist are pretty universal.

Had my raleigh team for 2 years and virtually everyday it was on the back of my car hanging by the toptube and not a dot of a problem. If the bike can't be hung like that how are supposed to ride em.

Ridden campy just can't get used to it. My SRAM is way better. Can change up and down when sprinting without moving my hands out the drops.

But crapagnola has those stupid thumb shift buttons, I would go for the 105, but not my choice.

I would love to try your gels and new formulas. On week ends we ride 5-6 hrs on a sat and 4-5 on sun. Week days is minimum 2 hrs 4 days a week. Does that qualify me?

I've supported my lbs blindy for 3 years(And about R80 000). After today I'm done with them. Treated like dirt.

I only use sasol ULS diesel it is the best diesel in SA. Rather pay abit more for diesel than replace injectors etc.
