Yeah I agree ride that bike until it's to slow for you, and then upgrade to a whole new bike. Then sell yours on the hub to a grateful MTBer who wants to get into riding.
On the SRAM thing. Depending how competitive you are. SRAM Force is also a viable option. Comes in at a better price point and not that much heavier than Red. My 2c
Glutamine is a supplement that promotes recovery. It is also a mild fat burner. Comes in powder form. Do not drink it by itself as it tastes ***. Mix it with juice or oros.

I couldn't figure out why I had to keep having my FD set virtually every week as it would rub rub against the FD cage when on small chain ring(39) and big ring(23). LBS kept telling me that SRAM derailluers are notorious for being fickle. So anyway while riding this am I looked at the big blade while pedalling and lo and behold I saw the ring was warped. So that explains why I kept having to set the FD all the time. Any other SRAM riders picking this up?
Who cares if campy is bringing one out it's going to be stupidly expensive. And it seems like you will need a very long extension cord to ride this group.
