Have a look at American classic 420s or Aero3s wheelset weight 1530g. They have a weight limit of 105kg and if you go for the 58mm carbon deep sections they have a limit of 109kg wheelset weight 1900g. The hubs spin forever. I'm waiting for my Aero 3 road waves to arrive!!!

Have got some lekker hills here. About 3km long and you climb roughly 300m in that. How often should I do it? Climbing is my weak point. Did the 94.7 last year and what a bitch!

Who can give me some hints as to how to structure a hill training program

HI there. I found the first ascent to be the most comfortable shorts around. All I do is pull the shorts up at the rear abit to get the chamois lined up. Also remember that the chamois will need to be washed a few times befor it's soft and pliable. Have never ridden with bibs but going to give them a bash. Steven692009-10-29 01:30:46
