You know what pisses me off. Handing down a R1250 fine to a unlicenced driver is as worthless as the paper it's written on. Here you go sir take this fine and go kill someone. I mean whats the point. A fine is not going to stop a unlicenced driver from driving. You want to stop carnage on the road. When a unlicenced driver is caught impound the bloody car!!!! Take the weapon away. And when he does come back to collect his car with his shiny new drivers licence you hit him with one hell of a storage bill. The traffic laws are far to soft in this country.

SRAM hoods are the most comfy I have ridden. Could some please explain the devotion to campy. Hate the shifters, remind me of sora. And campy is stupidly expensive!!!!!!!

Edman and I arethe same height and ride the same size 56cm. But you have to bear in mind a Raleigh 56 and Trek 56 are different size bikes.

Well my next bike will be a Felt. Felt is based in East London and I live here to. Maybe Dan Taylor will make me a offer I can't refuse. I had a bad experience with the LBS who sells them The ex mechanic insulted me when I was a newbie. Was over weight and he told me Felt is for pro's but guys like me can get the brand name out there. Swore vowed and declared I would never set foot in that shop again. But Juan and Ken have been awesome to deal with, so my attitude is changing very quickly.

Dangle I'm sure that guy that rides those distances has some awesome routes. Our closest decent trail is about 80km from us. And the best trails 150km. So not ideal for me. We used to be able to cycle in the pine forests but darkies have been attacking riders so the route is closed.

I would do that. SRAM force is the same if not lighter than DA groupo. The shifting on Sram is out of this work.Will take you all of 5 mins to get used to the double tap system.I was also hesitant whne I bought my bike with sram, but now I wish I had done it earlier.

Jatho always better to use sram with sram. The red cluster is a awesome piece of kit. Lighter and stiffer I've been told. The first 8 ratios are milled from a single billet. Maybe use th DA to train on and RED to race on.

Jatho no reason why you can't use the DA cassettes. I'm currently using a DA chain on my SRAM. Which sram group do you have?
