odd cycling week....little power....but good to do a bit of single track etc....local trails can be a bit tech at times....but it was very enjoyable in places..

cycling mojo can sometimes take a hit...got the road bike out for the last few days...just a gentle hour today...maybe tomorrow as well if life and time allows...

great news....

must be expecting levels to decrease ...

this really proves it can be done with thought for others....it can be done..

the need to have your gang on a ride...ok less say thats understandable...and keep your distance.. but for the need to mill around a group drinking a coffee while others don't adhere to social distancing despite good intentions etc...there always will be one who will maybe be careless...get that closer etc..then as with even queuing in shops thats the worry...we all have to beware of the new norm...but that takes time....but coffee at home for me is fine...and cheaper...

its so strange seeing others "training" for the non-events...and how do "athletes" keep in form...as we all have said before these are strange times with no end for training outcomes in sight...best not stress the immune systems at this time...its winter....easy gentle rides but have fun..

impossible to commit....i am sure organisers understand this as well...

thats sometimes par for the course....the multi seasons in a day can be normal...hailstones to sunshine to rain..

later start today....a meandering day again.....a bit of exploring as well...

summer rain showers as well....somethings in Ireland never change...

a nice evening spin...meandered through an orange grove....rivers in full flow...

also try the @velocast ....racing focused of course but have regular contributors etc...free episodes to there as well...

and from this thread and comments it proves how important a local and supported bike store is...good news there..

well lets say not very far...the turbo in the garage for a short while...as the wind and rain pelts down here...( picture from yesterday evening...much better fun...)

a bit more exploring locally to me...the single track building elves were at work recently....#worldbicycleday was a quick ride...

giant have a stunning looking XCO spec hardtail...very impressive looking....but Specialized are unique...but i can never afford one in a decent spec...

the river fog was out this morning....thick...but fun riding through until it cleared...or again didn't clear...lovely am out..the mornings have something special to bike riding recently in these troubled and uncertain times for all..

as we all know we are experts at everything...
