Does anyone know who own them? Or is Martin the director there....?

 

Martin is rude and I have never been told so many stories and lies, and then they hide behind...."did you read our terms and conditions on the website"

CWC cycles a better option?

Yip but they did not have stock of what I wanted...

 

Just spoke to Hennie and he is going to look into it.....

+1, waited a week, phoned them and was told that they don't have stock...thanks for letting me know guys!

Not really, I was talking to Martin on the phone and he said...."got to go have another customenr" I said that is being rude I am also a customer looking for answers...

 

Then he said, but I have answered you....I said NO you are being rude and I will post on the hub my experience...

 

He replied "Coenie, you go do that"

I would say more like venting some anger and merely a personal observation - LOL!

Then he said, but I have answered you....I said NO you are being rude and I will post on the hub my experience...

I will never buy from them, since they illegally obtained my email from Fritz Pienaar.

 

Actually its not illegal if they revealed their source and they stopped sending you any futher communication after your query. Its a loop hole in the law concerning SPAM that gets abused. Still sucks and I refuse to support companies that do this.

Fair enough. What was the poor experience?

I spoke to Kevin regarding something I wanted to order and I was told it is in stock al ok. Submitted the order online....last week Friday...

 

Got a phonecall from Martin today saying that he does not have the one thing in stock but I can get another simular.....and the other things are only in stock today?

 

I said ok, but as long as I don't have to pay more...the 1s response was, not it will be more...I then told him that the website shows they have stock....

 

I said, by the way Kevin told me that you have stock of the other parts and that he will call me with tracking numbers where are they?

 

That is when he said that I should read what the terms and conditions say on the website and not go according to what Kevin said.....HUH?

 

Anyway I emailed asking for tracking numbers and no response, then I called and that is when I got the "well we have a process to follow that takes time" bla bla......

 

Lets see what happens....It is never easy....

So basically he told you to go &€$& yourself!

 

After being told by my lbs that my 4 years of unquestioning loyalty to them means nothing to them, CWC can look forward to a few orders from me.

Well hopefully Martin will read this and things will be sorted out. The CPA coming into effect in April will mix things up a bit I'm sure with online stores as well as bike shops. Thanks for letting us know.

Good news, Chatted to Hennie and he sorted it all out by the sounds of things. He was able to give me answers and tell me what happened rather than "we do not have stock"
