The Rand Flyer, now finished with Brooks grips!

In the bush at Alberts Farm this morning.

Getting used to the SS and that hill is finally giving in, might even venture on to a 32/17!!!

Awesome looking bike.

Getting my Medium Black Lurcher frame this week. What size frame do you have?

The only issue I have is that On One have run out of the drive-side Swap out SS dropout and I will have to run the bike with a tensioner until October.

Thanks Steve, mine is a Large frame.

I know about the drop out problem as I wanted to build up another lighter SS. They have told me they may have more by mid Aug. Have a bigger problem with the carbon fork that will be out of stock until Oct!!! I have ordered a fork from Flyxii, will see if it arrives.

I whinged at OnOne about the drop out so they have sent me two doofer tensioners free.

Make sure you post some pics when you are finished.

Received my frame today, yippee. They are also sending me a tensioner for free. Wasn't prepared to wait for the matching fork, so blew the budget on a Niner RDO fork. It cost more than the frame landed, but is a thing of beauty.

Now to strip my Scandal and transfer the parts I will be using over to the new frame.

Its a push bike

HaHa. A pushbike could be quite painful, going through a rock garden with the rigid fork
