This weekend indeed. The Audi is looking quite feisty!

Looking forward to today

The Nismo is a very interesting design. I hope it makes the finish

Loved the race as usual... well done to the Porsche guys. And it was so great to see everybody in good spirits and Audi and Toyota guys all smiley and congratulating them.

Hulk now has at least become the first active F1 driver in more than 20 years to win.

Really felt for that #98 Aston, soooo close... 2-lap lead - oops!

Wasn't it given a last place on the grid start because it couldn't achieve the 110% lap time??

Love this race as much as I've grown to dislike the Ecclestone Prima Donna parade.....

Back to F1, I see the press got under Raikonens skin again with regards to his contract for 2016.

He has confirmed that if he doesn't race for Ferrari, he won't be racing at all then........

Yeah. Read he found out who wrote the nonsense and gave the guy a grilling. Fact is, he's been suffering a bit. Had some bad luck too.  I like him and F1 needs guys like him.

Did you see Hamiltons le Mans 24hr snub?

Must have come up with Hulk's win in questioning, Alsonso said he would be keen to race and Hamilton just said I've never even watched it before. Obviously not happy with the spotlight being off of him........

In the component usage data released Mercedes is soooo far ahead. Perez is still running on his original engine and turbo for goodness sakes. Ham and Ros are on their second but probably just precautionary.

The Renaults are on 4th and 5th units already.

Yeah, that was stupid of him.

RBR have confirmed both their cars will take new engines and the penalties that go with it this weekend. So most likely back of the grid for them at their home race. Not nice.

Oh, and Merc is still keeping some tokens in hand which they'll only use later in the year to maximize the impact on the 2016 engine. No light in the tunnel for the rest at the moment.

Yeah, looking bleak for anybody not in a Mercedes for a good while. Hope Ferrari can pull a rabbit out of a hat somehow.

I see Alonso shares my view on this whole silly engine restrictions.

He says he would rather take a 60 grid penalty every race if by the end of the season they can stopping looking amateur.

They have used up all their engines already, may as well just blow through 2 or 3 a weekend if it means that at some point they no longer so slow.
