You could have used the other points at gym or other races and the 1400 is all that is left over. Once you have done 5 races you will get 5000 bonus points once off.

Seems a lot easier than missioning.

As long as the results are published somewhere, eg www.spectrumsport.co.za (mtb/triathlon/duathlon) / www.racetec.co.za (road/mtb) / www.championchip.co.za (running/road) / www.raceresults.co.za (running) you can claim your points
