Anybody keen to ride Slent and eensaamheid on saturday am?

Would have loved to, but Mtb is in pieces. Servicing it. Need to replace BB and chain. Brakes also needs to be bled. (Avid Juicy Three's, you know how?)

Oh ja, need to refill wheels with Stan's.

got a Q for you - my current ride is Tubed - is a tubeless conversion worthwhile?

These 29ers they keep talking about are mountain bikes Tiny, you can not use your tubed skinny wheel road bike.

Yes, I know as with most cycling things the mtbikers copied the big wheels from the roadies but when venturing into dirty territory they have some equipment better suited for the job ... like suspension forks, granny gear, and yes "look I don't have to stop to fix a puncture" tubeless tires!

Saterdae sal my beter pas. Maar ons moet nie net Majik ens ry nie, Bottelary Hills is ook stunning. Kan dalk ook reel vir 'n dag uit by Welvanspas, ens.

What about a night ride this Tuesday - Wednesday is pubic public holiday!

Fixed it for you, otherwise it will be one hell of an interesting day. :D

Sorry DD, no can do. Mtb is in pieces. Busy servicing it. Will only start riding in April again, taking a few weeks off the bike.

my new Magicshine hasnt seen the night yet.. keen to do a night ride.. just have to get a Mountain Bike !

Make a plan then. Heaps of fun is to be had on a Mtb. Completely different vibe than a roadie.
