Bike Mob Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Really, how long does it take your builders do build a bike? It is a 3 hour (or even less) job if you don't have to build the wheels. I can build a road bike in under an hour, but two hours max for absolute precision. TT bikes are another animal though, this is my first TT bike build, lots to learn, measure thrice cut once, add my precision and it's take a while, maybe three hours total but 1 hour to go. The internal cabling and fiddly TT shifters and handlebar setup takes long.
