How do I get sealant into road tubes?

Syringe and let the sealant seal the hole again?

you have to remove the valve core from the valve (make sure the core doesn't fall into the tube!!!) hold the back of the valve so it doesn't slip in but leave enough gap for the sealant to go in the tube. 2oz Stans sealant bottle screws nicely onto the valve and squeeze into tube

Why do you want to do it.By the time the sealant seals your tyre is down to 2 bar and you wont get it harder.Just ride with a spare tube as some patches ;)

Get yourself some Serfas tyres and you won't need sealant. These days, I ride over glass without the thought of a puncture even entering my head - yes, even when I'm not wearing my helmet / helmit / helmut.

Have Serfas already...it seems the Vredesteins where a lot more puncture resistant.

I have an old tube Emo Kid, will test the theory

that is so not true. I put sealant in my tubes. I know my front tire currently has a glass cut. Its sealed and hasn't needed air for the last 2 weeks.

At what pressure do you ride your road tyres?

i would also say ride with a spare tube due to pressure to hi the slime doe's not really work the way it should

but there are a few brand names going to release hi pressure sealant's soon that will go threw the valve easy

I use SLUDGE. ROAD ISSUE. No hassles. FOR TUBES get CONTINENTAL with REMOVABLE VALVE. SIMPLE.

Now that is an advertisement NOT to buy Sludge. You had 3 punctures on the way back from Kleinmond. Since we know about your punctures, the Sludge clearly does not work

I use continental tubes in my training wheels with Stans, remove the valves, got a nice big injection, pour some stans in a cup, suck about 10ml up and inject it through the removed valve top..works like a bomb, had no flats so far...
