Panini Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Hi all you Hubbers! I would like to "Rave" and say that I received GREAT service from CWC (www.cwcycles.co.za) yesterday. I went in to look at some MTB shoes. I told Stephan (I think that is his name) that I was only looking and not going to buy at this point. I was treated like I had one million dollars! He was knowledgeable and the way he went about it was very professional yet laid back. My wife was even impressed! We fitted many shoes and discussed many points. All this great service although I wasn't going to buy at that point. I am going to buy today though at CWC! Great job CWC!! Keep it up. With such service and good prices, you will have me coming back for more!! Cheers all!Panini

Inusc Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 I bought a fork their last week,and they said it comes comes with and shockpump.When I got the shock thetheir was no pump and so I phoned them.The told me they were extremely sorry(Even made a joke that it is and 'shocking' story)and said it was probably a packaging slip-up and that and asked if I was going to pick it up or if the have to post it.So I was in CT and I picked it up.The didn't have Rock Shox pumps in stock so they gave me an PRO pump that's worth R100 more for free!!!

Everybody agrees they are useless and have crap service but yet they are still in business.Some businesses are there soley to rip you off, like cyclelab, others are pathetic like solomons, and some simply provide exceptional service like CWC. What other people dont understand in business is the simple fact that CWC makes you feel important hell they make you feel like your part of the family and they will do everything in their power to look after you and make your shopping experiance as pleasant as can be. Hence thats where i spend my money. the fact that CWC online is cheaper than any other place in this country is just an added bonus.
