Read the whole artical Hincapie released a statement through his attorney: "I can confirm to you that I never spoke with `60 Minutes.' I have no idea where they got their information.

I have no idea where they got their information. Thats probably not a lie either. What he should have said is; "I never ratted out on Lance in front of a Grand Jury". But he didn't say that now, did he, because then he'd look like an idiot when the actual truth comes out.
