Failure due to fatigue or because of kuk workmanship ?

Failure. Due to applied 'force'.

You know all about 'force', not?

'last about'

Last about what? A military training ground? A shopping mall? A shopping mall in Soweto/Queensburgh?

How long will a rigid carbon fork last, about?

Frame fatigue is a regular occurence. You look at your bike and you think, "Ah ***, I should have bought the (insert preferred brand here)instead" or "Donder, that colour scheme doesn't work for me anymore" or "I wonder if I should move the components from this one onto the other one?"

I love this quote:

"While Cannondale claims that their design is "bullet proof" our evaluation of the Headshok after 72 direct hits showed that it is merely "bullet resistant"

hahaha! Hey... tumbleweed, don't you have a 'Dale with a headshock we can perform those tests on?

Hey, if you's got a shotgun, I's got us a lab rat.

Remember, keep your chains lubed and your guns loaded, we're all in this together even if we're alone.

hmmm, well Morewood's certainly are strong. I've done things with my Zula that shouldn't be legal for a xc bike. In fact my Zula feels just as strong as my 6 inch travel Intense frame.
