Hahahahah! Well spotted....

As mentioned in my first post, still looking to get a decent set of flat pedals...the shoes im currently riding in and those standard pedals that came with the crankset dont work very together so hence the toeclips...

Busy looking at pedal options...pretty keen on some crank bro's 50/50's...but no one has stock! Other suggestions???

Ok, i'll stop talking now...lol!

Just remove the cage part and ride them flat till you find the ones you want. You don't want to kill yourself i a slow tech section in the meantime. ;)

Save yourself money and hassle and leave the Crap Brothers stuff alone.

Granted I have 50/50's on my 4X bike, but only becasue they were lying around and match my handlebars

But for the money one can get slimmer, lighter, lower maintainence, better grip pedals.

My personal favourites are the Nuke Proof Neutrons. I have them on my AM bike, as well as my nicer DH bike.

They grip like a gold digger to a dying millionaire's will, they o for 600ZARs approx, and weigh in at less than shimano DX's (if I remember correctly)

Lol, ye im pretty used to the feeling now of being 'strapped in'...have had a couple of close calls though!

I have tried to ride them as flats but the Scott Trail shoes im using and the current pedals dont grip at all...

Hopefully get some (proper) pedals in the next week or so
