Their website is: http://www.hullabaloo.co.za/, which is quite raw. I'm just wondering if anyone has purchased from these guys before as I am unsure if they are legit. Surely they would make use of more trusted sites such as the hub to advertise their products/services. Let me know.

I am not so sure about that Gumtree ad though as the products listed are not products that they usually sell but give them a call and try and get more info. Feel free to PM me with any queries regarding their products. As far as I know they will be delving into social media for marketing purposes, I do not know if the Hub forms part of that strategy.

Danger Dassie Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Well Hullabaloo is 100% legit and the products/brands they deal with are not those listed on the Gumtree ad. Also, after phoning Hullabaloo, no one knows about the ad. So clearly someone is been a smart ass, ie a dick.

Raab Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I agree, the company and the products they sell as well as their customer service are all very legit, but it looks like someone is using their detials to try and run a scam as I am not aware of them selling any of the products mentioned in the ad.

When you click on View Posters Other Adds then you get the condensed version of the add and showing the posters location as Cape Town ... this can't be right as the legit company clearly is not. Give the legit company a call and ask them directly.
