Flowta Posted August 19, 2011 Share I am keen to every now and then to commute to work, my biggest problem is that I live in Hout Bay and work in Durbanville. Any ideas on routes I can take? I am not fussy, on road or off road or both are fine
andydude Posted August 19, 2011 Share For road you can probably do Hout Bay, Suikerbossie, Greenpoint, through the Waterfront and port to skip N1, then hugging the coast you go on the bike lane towards Table View, right onto the Main Boulevard to the Koeberg Road and turn right (left will take you through Du Noon and I would rather not do that) and after +- 5km left, over the R300 bridge and left at the Plattekloof Circle, over Tiekies and all the way into Durbanville! Good option - at the waterfront you can cut through the harbour if you want to avoid the N1.
