'Dale Posted August 22, 2011 Share I'm down from 87 - 80 kilos mainly due to the month of fasting and me increasing my cycling training from 1 Sunday MTB ride to 5 times a week on my road bike during the fast. My aim is to be around 73-75 kilos. I'm only 173 but a reasonable amount of muscle. I'm not a pro cyclist and don't aspire to look like one . I enjoy my weights training just as much as my cycling and the ladies certainly appreciate the biceps Yeah, Saudiq, No supermodel thin for me either, please.Like a bit of bulk and not-so-lean muscle. It is the torso area that is a tough one. The six pack zone.

But with all the training you are doing lately, you will be bored to sleep waiting for me at the top.

Guest Frail4Life Posted August 22, 2011 Share Well, I am 195cm tall.... weighed 93Kg's for Argus and then winter happened. Bad food happened too. Was up to 99Kg's a little while ago, got a lekker skrik and started riding again, but back down to 96Kg's. Need to do some interval training and hammer those fat cells. At least my legs are still good and have had some cadence training / reconditioning. See you guys in Worcester for the furiously fast Orbit Tour de Worcester I am Waiting!Going to get a GOOD Wipping! Let's Ride Posted August 22, 2011 Share I feel your pain, i'm 1.91 and 84kgs. Starting to look like a gost as a big frame with little meat looks a bit odd. That said, i just look at my bike and i drop weight. But I ride like a monster. Little weight really helps. I eat load and gym as well so being light but tall doesn't bother me.
