The rule seems to have two parts,

Another option is to mount your Go Pro under the seat post looking back wards. I did this in the last Argus and got great footage of all the guys I was overtaking! Footage looks bad if they start passing tho.

I thought it was cleared up..

 

If no helmet cam, then mount on body or bike.

 

If no camera at all, it is the race/landowner rule and you cannot argue.
