Which FSA road Crank?

Any truth in the rumour that you've got to run a specific ceramic BB with the SRAM Red?! Or are there more affordable options for us mere mortals? The specific ceramics adds about a third to the price of the crankset.

Nope you dont have to buy the creamic bb of R1200

 

Truvativ has a GXP bb for around R350/400, works just as good.

Thanks Tankman, So if I understand correctly, I can use the new GXP BB on a frame that would normally use an English BB, with the SRAM Crank? Must it be a SRAM GXP (enabled) Crank?

Yup, SRAM cranks use a GXP bb.

You gan get the Sram GXP or Sram Creamic GXP BB or the Truvativ GXP or Creamic GXP bb in either thread, depending on your frame.
