He is a driver for some namibian diamond mine that comes to sa to collect cargo for the mine. Absolutely no shame in offering me stolen diamonds in the first phone call. Good old junk mail.

Why not call the cops or the Primedia crime line thingy. You dont need to be Horatio to solve a crime. Plus they could be blood diamonds from Zim so its definately worth it
