Move to PE. We have the Baakens Valley with some awesome trails to cycle and run on, doesn't cost a cent. We have a whole ocean to satisfy all your swimming needs and that is free too.

I rode the SA cross country at Baakens last year , the trails are awesome!!  but the climbing kicks you arse ........worth it tho.

Just paid my annual Howick MTB fee. R400. This gets me about 200km of single track (including Karkloof MTB trails because of reciprocity of trails)
