canbe a couple of things:

The garmin connect program on your computer may be outdated.

Go to garmin.com under supprort look for webupdater program. Download and install, when you run the programit will check online for updates and install them.

or, your 800 saves the activities in an unsopported format, ie gdb, or some such. If this is the case, you can install Mapsource, open the activity from your device, save as .gpx format. then on the Garmin connect website when you upload activities, select manual upload. Then select the file from where you saved it from mapsource.

hope this helps.

The 800 does not save in unsupported formats, it saves in .fit which is a supported Garmin file.

@WR.1 you do not say what browser you are using?

As I said before there are known compatibility issues with IE 9.

What you need to do: (if you using IE 9) (from another forum)

Log into Garmin Connect

Click on Page in the menu bar

and select Compatibility View
