Mine was the whole year actually.

Training thruogh winter and freezing my ass off. Paid off now.

 

Finishing every time in the top 3 of my bunch in the big races, 94.7, sun city, AGA challenge and decided to get a licence.

 

My new FELTi. Great bike, BIG difference.

Mine was surely the Giro del Capo! I drank so many cokes from my teams cooler box, I LOVED it! If they'd know....but hey, after donkey flew through it took for ever for the rest to pass by!

1)Doing my 1st Argus in under 4Hours

3)Getting on the Tandem with hubby It's not as bad as people make out it to be. Going down hill and round corners are the worst, learning to unclip on the same side. Yes we are still happily married and I still him dearly.

4) Buying our godson a bike for his 1st birthday. Him and I have gone into serious training for the Argus 2008.

The Hub has been great to be on all yr:

 

Made friends

Races are much better - seeing folk there and reading up before and after; 

Bought stuff;

Learned stuff;

Laughed a lot;

Poked fun;

Kept me interested.

My year started from a low low to a great high..... I went through a bad patch during my divorce and basically my old man started me on cycling' date=' joined the hub and did my first race (D2D) with my old man (MichaelH).

Doing the Dome to Dome with my adult son in his first race (he should have known better)!

Riding down to Durban (Delmas to Maritzburg and then the AmaShova)

Doing the Santa Hubbers Ride

 

LOWLIGHT

Being brought down by one of the "A" team members while being paced back into the "B" group after a puncture on my ride down to Durban!
