Guest Omega Man Posted October 16, 2011 Share CptMayhem was being sarcastic about someone who took offense to the perception of bad service. Why is everyone taking themselves so seriously?
Big H* Posted October 16, 2011 Share His name and links to his personal blog are in his details. His surname is not Willemse. I do however think he has a vested interest in this company, either brokering for them, or he's trolling. Own up CptMayhem, what's your involvement here are are you being an antagonist? You believe all you read on the internet?

FSA Posted October 16, 2011 Share CptMayhem was being sarcastic about someone who took offense to the perception of bad service. Why is everyone taking themselves so seriously?I don't read the sarcasm in his post at all? Surely one would use an emoticon to display this ( or ) would do the trick, seeing that most of us don't personally know him and his mannerisms. Also, it's not the first time this guy has jumped to the defence of CWC. What's his involvement?

Guest Omega Man Posted October 16, 2011 Share You work in the holiest of holy places called CWC as well? Can you walk on water yet? No. I'm in IT. Who's being antagonistic now? You should be out riding your bike not tapping away on a keyboard. I'm in Zim so no riding. Your excuse?
Let's Ride Posted October 16, 2011 Share Rather use hello peter as on here a rant turns into a rave and you end up being kicked and walked over. But CWC was in the wrong and they have no excuse for that.
'Dale Posted October 16, 2011 Share There are many teething issues with the new CWC store.

FSA Posted October 16, 2011 Share Sure, it will improve with their service delivery as adjustment to the new entity takes some time and tactical planning...I've had poor service from them for the last 2 years I've bought from them? The fact they have moved is no excuse for rudeness.

(Deon) Posted October 16, 2011 Share look, at the price of being critisized, the op does not have mch case to flog cwc based on this thread. I think we quickly forget what disadvantage we had before cwc went online. Thney are the leaders in sa online bike shops. If i was to jump online at every disappointment i faced, my fingers would be raw. I have put phones down after speaking to bike shops and laughed at the 'specialists' opinion. Now we have a certain degree of ease, sure not everything will be easy, but when faced with 1/10th of the problems from the passed, we have to complain about krap. Really! This is that right to say what ever we please thing again.

You are right, I cringe at the blind faith congregation that stone, crucify, lynch and burn at the stake anybody who dare utter blasphemy at the religion called CWC. Even worse than Blue Bulls fans. This is that right to say what ever we please thing again.Oh so that's a good enough excuse to be poorly treated as customers then? It's attitudes like this that keeps us where we are. What's wrong with questioning things, demanding better service, voting with our feet?? Most of us are doing this already (and I'm sure you are too) by buying from CRC. Every time I deal with CWC I'm reminded why it's better to just ship what I need in from the UK rather. Your view is that its crap to complain about this. I think the opposite. It's important. If CWC was my shop, and I had an opportunity to see what people think of my service, I'd be onto a case like this. The number one killer of a retail store is bad staff. They are the link between the customer and the goods. Normally they are untrained, underpaid or a bit of both. Go hang out in the 'states for a bit and see what being well treated as a customer is like.
