Why do I need one when everyone else has! But seriously. I usually use my tick-off-the-motorists super bright lights, but last month I lent them to a friend for her first CM. I rode without and it's perfectly fine. There are so many people with lights in the mass, plus the streets are faily lit (for the most part), so you'll be fine!
