How my lungs look does not really bother me . I am not a organ donor . I just thought that after reading this thread that it something to do besides playing with hydraulic oils . I was also suprised when I did go to a party last week that all my mates I haven't seen for a while are all trying to quit . That made the party thing a lot easier .

Day 5 still strong. Craving is not so physical as mental know.

Well done man!! Keep it up. When I crave I try to have a hot drink like tea, coffee or even hot water, just to get that sensation down my throat. It helps me a lot.

Realising its mental is one of the biggest steps to winning. It's all a mind game. If you can beat that you'll be fine. almost 2months for me now

Into my 6th month now, gets easier all the time. In fact I don't even think about it much anymore, I used to dream of smoking for weeks after I stopped.
