stringbean Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 And the winner is.....the 5 guys that can hang on to Chris Vroome's wheel
Lucky Luke. Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Does anyone know the actual team rosters for DaikinGu, Anderson Transport and the other top teams? Â Well I know the Anderson one. We have one Bonitas rider, a strong Xterra guy and a very good mountain biker. Rest of the team is made up of our usual crew of riders - no budget-flexing pro buy-ins for us. Everybody from our team who has worked hard over spring gets a ride at DC.
Lucky Luke. Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 The Brothers line-up is easy to find - it was announced as a press release   Johann van ZylDusty DayHB KrugerShaun-Nick BesterDonovan LubbePieter SeyffertLeonardo van Onselen ©Lance MullerRyan KempPaul-Dean RorichMC DreyerChristopher Esch http://brotherssport.wordpress.com/2011/11/11/double-century-team-announcement/
splat Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Didn't know it was a race. thought it was a tour...  Its a team time trial! But without the pointy helmets and bars
Jeepdude Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 nah, the other one Guttergoat  We're looking at sub-7, I think we have the advantage of having some strong guys who aren't seeded that high as they don't normally race, so we get to start 1 hour earlier than you Tiny K which could be beneficial if the the heat gets turned upsub - 7? winners should do a sub - 6 ....i am sheeeeeeet scared..my groups aim to go sub 6
gadget Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 What about velocity sports? Raynard Tissink and Co? Going for 6:00 - 6:15 I think
splat Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 sub - 7? winners should do a sub - 6 ....i am sheeeeeeet scared..my groups aim to go sub 6Â 5:11 was last year's winning time, I think
Bike Mob Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 RSAWEB haven't entered a team... we are guest starring in other teams
Hearts* Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 My team is starting 5:33...just aiming to finish within the cut-off.We have 3 riders that dissapointed us in the last week and another that fell ill...so we will be a novice team with 8 riders...it's going to be a long day!

Breezer Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Hoe werk die seeding? Ons het nog nooit n DC gery nie en ons begin 6.15. Ek het gehoop ons kan voor 6uur begin.

Jeepdude Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 my main fear are the last 6 hills in last 30km's.. i have managed to only improve 50% of my power to weight ratio in the last month... hehehehe.. power is better... but Fatchelara will literally have to pull his weight
ROCKITRIDEIT Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 sjoe that's fast hey... wonder if @touristvisa's sub 7 team are up to it haha my tongue is still firmly in my cheek... in all seriousness we want to finish all 12 riders together (so praying no mechanicals/accidents) and sub-7 would be a bonus, especially as 2 of our riders have a wedding to attend in paarl saturday evening!!
